PANCHA means five & KARMAM means Therapies,
So Panchakarma,is a detoxifying programme involving the following procedures, namely

1. VAMANAM
2. VIRECHANAM
3. NASYAM
4. RAKTHA MOKSHANAM
5. BASTI

Each of these treatments is a one week course.
The course of treatments will be decided after your examination and consultation with the doctor and the correct detox program will be selected for each.

Ligging: direct aan het strand, vlakbij winkeltjes, restaurants en gezellige bars.
Alle kamers hebben een apart woon- en slaapgedeelte. Elke kamer heeft tv, telefoon, minibar, kluis, airco, ventilator, koffiefaciliteiten, douche, toilet, fohn, balkon of terras met zitje.
Een paar avonden per week organiseert het hotel thema-avond, bijvoorbeeld een barbecue avond of een indiase avond.

Upon arrival in Mumbai meeting and assistance followed by transfer to hotel (3*). Overnight stay at hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel and proceed for full day city tour of Mumbai. Overnight stay at hotel.

09 Dec 10 : Mumbai – Goa (fly)

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to airport to connect flight for Goa. On arrival in Goa meeting and assistance followed by transfer to hotel (3*). Overnight stay at hotel

10‐20 Dec 10 : Goa

Breakfast at the hotel. Rest of the day free for self activities. Overnight stay at hotel.

21 Dec 10 : Goa ‐ Mumbai (Fly)

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to airport to connect flight for Mumbai. On arrival in Mumbai meeting and assistance followed by transfer to hotel Sahil or similar (3*). Overnight stay at hotel.

22 Dec 10 : Mumbai

Breakfast at the hotel and proceed for full day city tour. Overnight stay at hotel.

23 Dec 10 : Mumbai Depart

Intime transfer to international airport to connect flight for onward destination.
